REGISTRATION DATA

If you register on My Sword & Shield, we store your chosen email and your email address and password of your choice that is encrypted before storing. You can edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your email). The purpose of collecting your email and a password is solely for authenticating you and keeping your information safe from other users. You information will NOT be shared with any third-party. You can optionally share a name or nickname with us, but this information will NOT be shared with any third-party.

PURCHASE DATA

If  you decide to support My Sword & Shield by purchasing a Personalized Memory Verse Notifications Subscription, information regarding the details of the subscription (such as start date, end date, status, etc.) will be stored, but your financial information will not be collected, stored nor managed by Sword & Shield.  Your financial transactions data will be managed by the Apple App Store or the Google Play store depending of the type device you registered with. My Sword & Shield does NOT have access to your financial data and will not request such information from you. SUPPORT DATA

If you contact My Sword & Shield via a contact form on its website, the information your provided (such as email address) is collected  and stored for the purposes of serving your request only and it will not be shared with any third-other party.

COMMENTS

When you leave comments on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Comments data is securely stored on My Sword & Shield’s website’s hosting provider: GreenGeeks.

We don’t share your data with third-parties. The only exceptions to that rule are for partners we have to share limited data with in order to provide the services you expect from us. For example , WonderPush which facilitates the notifications service to subscribers only. Your data in those such cases are NOT shared in a way as to reveal any of your personal information like email, name, etc. 

7. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

Any data its metadata is collected by My Sword & Shield is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it.

We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout My Sword & Shield and its website. This encrypts user activities with the servers so that personal identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.

In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.
